This Returns Policy is specifically tailored for products fulfilled by our Print on Demand (POD) drop ship partners. Please note that this policy does not extend to products or services fulfilled by other companies or platforms, such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart or other retail outlets, even if directed to these from HCows.com.

Quality Assurance for POD Products

We collaborate with our POD partners to ensure a high standard of quality. If you encounter any issues related to manufacturing errors or damage upon arrival with these items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance. We will assess each case to determine the appropriate course of action.

Color Consistency and Product Choice for POD Products

While we aim for color consistency in POD products, slight variations may occur due to the production process. Please carefully choose the size and color of your products as we do not support returns or exchanges for customer errors in selection or for changes of mind.

Defective or Damaged POD Products

If you receive a defective or damaged POD product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Upon validation of the defect or damage, we will facilitate a solution, which may include a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Lost Orders Policy for POD Products

For POD packages lost in transit, notify us within 14 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement order.

Return Policy for POD Products

Returned by Customer

Due to the personalized nature of POD products, returns for reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or change of mind are not supported. In cases of manufacturing errors or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned to Sender Policy

If a POD order is returned to the sender due to an error in the address provided or other reasons beyond our control, you may place a new order. We will refund the product price of the new order, with the customer covering the shipping costs.

Wrong Address

If an incorrect address leads to the return and disposal of a POD shipment, the costs of a new order with an updated address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Rejected by the Recipient

If a POD delivery is rejected by the recipient, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. Any new order placed will be at the expense of the customer.

Unclaimed

Unclaimed POD shipments may be available for pickup at local post offices or carrier points. If unclaimed shipments are returned, a new order can be placed. We will refund the product price of the new order, but shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions

This policy is exclusive to POD products and does not apply to any affiliates or advertised products or services fulfilled by other companies such as Amazon, Etsy, and other retail outlets. For products purchased through these channels, please refer to their respective return and quality policies.
